Our family of horses

A beautiful if slightly quirky KWPN gelding by Special D /(Olympic Ferro).

Has been focusing on pure dressage, but now is returning to eventing after a long break. Has completed a couple of events and proved that 7 years of dressage has helped him grow up!

Owen

A wonderful horse bred by Mr and Mrs Barr. Rupert has really grown into himself and has proven himself to be a skilled Event horse, having just gone Novice, but also a useful dressage horse competing at Elementary level BD. He is 17.2, very striking, and sometimes a bit of an idot. But we love him.

Rupert

Lovely Daisy was bought as a potential eventer for Richard, but she didn't quite grow big enough, we therefore decided to put her in foal in 2016 and she produced the most delightful little filly called CoCo (Rembrandt DDH / Ricardo Z lines). She has proven to be the most caring Mummy and in 2019 is in foal again.

She has started work under saddle proving to be super sensible but is having a break while she is having her 2nd foal.

Winston

A very special boy - the big ginger ninja. He was gifted to Louise by the family of his previous owner Pam, who sadly passed away in 2018. Winston has an enormous amount of talent with a strong desire to please. He just gets a little nervous of his own shadow sometimes so needs time and patience. He has been competing Elementary dressage - there is much more to come from this one.

Diva actually belongs to a client, but has become one of the family. Owned by Mrs Nourse but competed by Richard. She is an experienced event horse, has lots of jumping scope, she is a calming influence on young horses and is very easy to take out.

Coco

The newest addition - little Coco with tip top breeding, moves like a dream and has escaped enough fields already that we know she can jump. An exciting future pony for the children we hope.

Another very special boy - no idea how old he is, probably mid 30's. We are very lucky to have him and he is doing a brilliant job of teaching our children to ride. Jasmine has learnt to jump and do dressage on this little treasure.
